Civil Engineer

 Qualified applicants should possess a BSCE, be a Registered Civil Engineer, and a minimum of 5 years of increasingly responsible design and supervisory experience in project management and site development design.  Position responsibilities include development of project scope and budget, project management, performance of project design and drafting, oversight and direction of technical staff, coordination with governing agencies, fellow consultants, contractors, and client communication.  Strong written and verbal communication skills required.  Must have expertise in site design and utilities, grading, roadway design, storm water management and erosion control.  California registration required (or ability to obtain within 1 year).  Minimum 2 years’ experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D desirable.  Experience with HydroCAD a plus.
