Mr. Smith’s professional experience extends over 35 years and
includes a variety of responsible positions. He has held such
notable positions as Executive Director of the Santa Cruz County
Local Agency Formation Commission (LAFCO), City Administrator of
the City of Scotts Valley, City Administrator/City Engineer of the
City of Kerman and Director of Engineering and Surveying for Civil
Design, Inc. in Atlanta, GA. Currently, Mr. Smith is the Senior Civil
Engineer, where his duties include design and
management of a variety of civil engineering projects.
