The Sutter Health Surgical and Maternity Center is a 62,000 square foot 2 story facility located on 4 acres at the intersection of Soquel Drive and Chanticleer Avenue in Santa Cruz County. Ifland Engineers, Inc. provided civil engineering services that included site grading and drainage, utility design and road improvements. Of particular concern was the accessibility requirements for points of ingress and egress to the structure.
