Ifland Engineers provided civil engineering design services for this showcase in Condominium design. Included in our services were: Tentative Map / Improvement Plans to assist the developers in the discretionary permit process and then provided final construction drawings including grading and drainage plans, street site plans, plan and profiles for all streets, cross-sections of the site, yard area plans, erosion control plans and details, intersection signage and delineation plans and standard construction details. In addition to these civil engineering plans, Ifland provided structural engineering calculations and plans for the grade and pier foundations for each building.
