Ifland provided project management and civil engineering design services for the development of this 74 lot subdivision in Watsonville. Ifland Engineers is providing the Final Map and Improvement Plan set and accompanying state and local studies to help guide the project through the building permit process. Services include the final map and improvement plans, grading and drainage plans, erosion control plans and details, engineer's estimate of construction costs, drainage studies, NOI and SWPPP studies, plot plans, flood analysis, construction support, and permit processing.
