| Las Brisas Subdivision |
|
Provided project management and civil engineering design services for the development of this 128 lot subdivision in the sensitive slough environment of Watsonville. Ifland Engineers provided the Final Map and Improvement Plans including the site plan, street layout plans and profiles for San Luis Avenue, Santa Catalina / Santa Victoria Avenues, Santa Lucia Drive, Nueva Vista Venue, Ohlone Parkway, and Townhouse Courts. In addition, we provided a storm drain detention pond plan, winter erosion control plan, mass grading plans, retaining walls design and plans, traffic striping plans, slough pedestrian pathway plan, cluster mailbox plans, and standard construction.
