| Hill Road Subdivision |

Project management and civil engineering design services for the development of this 33 lot subdivision in the hills of Novato, California. Ifland Engineers provided the Tentative Map and Improvement Plans to help guide the project through the development process. Currently, we are working on the Final Map and Improvement Plans including Grading and Drainage Plans, Erosion Control Plans, Utility Plans, Plan and Profiles for Del Mar Avenue and Canyon Oaks, Paving Plan, and Retaining Walls design and drawings.
