Project management and civil engineering design services for the development of this 114 lot subdivision in the sensitive slough environment of Watsonville. Ifland Engineers provided the Tentative Map and Improvement Plans to help guide the project through the development process. At its approval, we provided the Final Map and Improvement Plans including Plan and Profile for Ohlone Parkway, Kingfisher, Heron, Pelican, Yarro and Egret Streets; Improvement Plans for Harkins Slough Road; Retaining Wall Profiles; Improvement Plans for Detention / Siltation Basins; Erosion Control / BMPs Plan.
