Scope: Engineering design services for site development of 60,000 square foot, two story, $7 million senior assisted care facility in conjunction with Heather Terrace Housing Tract located in Aptos on Soquel Drive. The Assisted Living Center houses 86 residents. Design services included a topographic survey, an erosion control plan, a grading and drainage plan, and a site and utility plan for the project.
