Mr. Ifland has developed a wide variety of civil
engineering and business management skills during his tenure with Ifland Engineers, Inc.
His early years at IEI were focused on developing technical expertise in Autodesk software
programs and civil design capabilities. In 1999, Mr. Ifland began to embark on developing
the general business administration skills he utilizes today. Currently he is responsible
for directing and overseeing a myriad of functions within the organization including
strategic planning, recruiting, operations and financial management.
