Mr. Heinrichsen's professional experience spans over 30 years. During the last 18 years he has specialized in providing civil engineering services for land development projects, the majority of which were commercial and industrial projects in Santa Clara and Southern Alameda Counties. In addition to civil engineering, he has years of experience in project management. He has worked for Nolte Associates as a Senior Civil Engineer, Mark Thomas & Company as Associates Civil Engineer, Ruth and Going, Inc. and for over 17 years for the City of San Jose Public Works Department, Water Division.
